Working independently, you will identify property owners, buyers, investors and businesses requiring renovation work and introduce suitable project opportunities to Renova8.

Projects may include:

• Residential renovations
• Property upgrades following a purchase
• Renovations for international buyers and investors

• Commercial renovations and refurbishments
• Larger property transformation projects

YOUR ROLE

• Identify residential and commercial renovation opportunities
• Introduce Renova8 to property owners, buyers, investors and businesses
• Generate qualified leads with genuine project potential
• Develop opportunities through your existing property network
• Establish relationships with estate agents, property finders, relocation specialists, architects and other relevant property professionals
• Follow introduced opportunities through to project confirmation
• Represent Renova8 professionally and accurately

This opportunity may be particularly suitable for:

• An independent estate agent or mandataire immobilier
• A property finder or chasseur immobilier
• A relocation consultant working with French or international buyers

Other property professionals may also be considered, provided they have relevant contacts, understand the local market and are free to undertake independent commission-based work.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Current or previous professional experience within the property sector
• An established network of property owners, buyers, investors, agents or other relevant property contacts
• Strong knowledge of the Bordeaux, surrounding or Nouvelle-Aquitaine property market
• The ability to recognise genuine renovation opportunities
• Proven business-development, relationship-building or client-acquisition ability
• A proactive, credible and commercially minded approach
• The ability to organise your own activity and work independently
• Professional fluency in both French and English
• The ability to operate legally on an independent freelance basis in France

FREELANCE COMMISSION STRUCTURE

This is an independent, commission-only freelance opportunity. It does not include a fixed salary.

Commission is uncapped and is paid when an eligible lead introduced and developed by you becomes a confirmed renovation project, in accordance with the agreed commission terms.

Applicants currently working with another company or estate agency must ensure that they are permitted to undertake independent commission-based activity.

LOCATION

The primary focus is Bordeaux and the surrounding areas, with suitable opportunities also considered throughout Nouvelle-Aquitaine.

RENOVA8 is looking to partner with established contractors and trade businesses that already have their own clients, active projects or larger renovation opportunities but need additional capacity and professional support to deliver them successfully.

We are particularly interested in substantial renovation projects requiring several trades, additional manpower or broader project coordination. The partnership is designed to help established professionals increase their capacity, undertake more complex projects and offer their clients a fully coordinated renovation service.

Each opportunity will be assessed individually. RENOVA8’s involvement can be adapted to the requirements of the project—from providing additional trades and administrative support to coordinating and managing the complete renovation.
